EaglercraftDev provides a web-based platform allowing users to play a modified game resembling Minecraft in their web browsers. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Microsoft, Mojang AB, or any Minecraft-related entities.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. EAGLERCRAFTDEV EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
EAGLERCRAFTDEV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EaglercraftDev, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
EaglercraftDev reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice. We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on the Service. By continuing to use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in relation to these Terms, including the validity, invalidity, breach, or termination thereof, shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute (NAI) in force on the date on which the arbitration is commenced. The arbitration shall take place in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The arbitral award shall be final and binding upon both parties.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish (achieve) the objectives (goals) of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and EaglercraftDev regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, or whether established by custom, practice, policy or precedent, with respect to the subject matter of these Terms.
